Returns
We accept returns only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order to initiate a return request. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.
Please note that we do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned item is inspected and approved. If your return is accepted, we will issue a refund using the same method as the original payment — for cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be arranged through direct communication with our support team.
Please allow up to 7–10 business days after approval for your refund to be completed.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain cookware or small appliance items may not be eligible for return once used. Personalized, customized, or clearance products are also non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please follow the return process for the unwanted item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the item received. We will replace the product or issue a refund as appropriate.
